Getting Low Fps When Having A Op Pc

yo so i need someones help because im am getting super low fps in games such as cs-go and minecraft when my specs are - a 4770K cpu @ 3.50 GHz, 16 gig installed ram and 2 ok i have 2 nvidia geforce 780ti's please someone help me because this pc was over 4k so

did you update your drivers for your video card and update your bios for your mobo and everything else?

How are you measuring FPS? Are you using Fraps? Download Fraps if you aren't. Do you have an SLI Bridge installed? Are you sure that you only have monitors plugged into one of the cards and not both? Double check all of your installations.

... Dude go to your motherboards home page, find your motherboard in their products go over to either Downloads/updates/drivers something like that and download and install all of that stuff.

 

If you need help with that post your motherboard and someone will give you a link to that page.

also did you look in the task manager to see i where the cpu is going? Did you also try defrag your hdd.

reason im asking about is skype is cause i can get understand it more when im actually speaking to the person so its personal prefference.

If you can't figure this out then you shouldn't have started out with a 4k pc build. Do what I said earlier.

Did you build the PC or did you buy it from a PC builder? Is this a problem that evolved suddenly, one that developed over time or have you never managed to run a game on it sucessfully?

 You can't get 500 FPS in any game TBH since most computer parts just don't bother working hard at that point.
