Hello Everyone I am wondering if this is good enough for an upgrade? http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1800795&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

I currently have an A4-3420 processor with a GTX 660 GPU with 6GB of 800MHz RAM.

My pc is an HP Desktop.

Is this any good? Let me know~

EDIT: The type of RAM is DDr3

Welcome to Linus Tech Tips!

Since you already have a GTX 660, get a motherboard and a CPU rather then an APU.

Can you give me a $150 upgrade list please?

This motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130747

and this CPU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113328&cm_re=750k-_-19-113-328-_-Product

It's pretty much the same but you save $10. Go get lunch or something.

Will this do any bottle necking ? Like keeping the GTX 660 Stable?

Alright thank you very very much! Someone wanted me to go over the Upgrade Limit. How long will this last?

It will last for a few years but it's still not the best upgrade you can do. It will probably last as long as the 660 will, maybe a little longer. If you want a good long term upgrade you'll need to spend around $300 on motherboard and CPU.

My case is USB 2,0 though

Really? Someone OC the Athlon 750k to 4.1Ghz with its stock cooler and that mobo

Every board will OC the same on a particular chipset, but how long it will last is the question. With VRM heatsinks it prevents your VRMs from overheating which could decrease the lifespan of your board and your CPU if voltages aren't maintained properly.
