When i go whit CF or SLI, is it importent to choose these PCI Slots or can i choose the second and the last one or something like that?

Depends on the motherboard. Which one were you looking at?

 

Some motherboards will ask you to put the cards in specific slots to get the most bandwidth, as some slots that look like x16 actually run at x8 or x4.

Depends on the board, you want the 16x slots with at least 8x electrical (connectors inside).

 

General practice is to use the top 2 PCIE 16x slots.

Then (from top to bottom) you'll want to use the 1st and 3rd X16 slots (counting all the slots this will be the 1st and 5th slots) as these are the two that will always run at full X16 speed

for dual GPU motherboard, it will usually be either the top two or 1st and 3rd slots.

If it is the 1st and 3rd, they will be coloured
