windows 7 hangs on loading screen

Was it out of the blue because my laptop did that due to having bad sectors on the drive, even a reinstall didn't do much.

 

Have you tried getting it into safe mode?

it could not get into safe mode

 

I would try a reinstall and if that doesn't work then you need a new hard drive, mine did the same as what you're saying and mine was about f****d

This happened to my laptop as well. But instead of loading to windows 7 it didnt even turn on at all! Main cause was heat.
