Need help choosing processor fan

So i have stock intel processor fan and my temperatures are going crazy im talking 70-80 degrees while playing games and im thinking of changing it but i have no idea what to get im looking for silent and fairly priced somewhere along 60-110 euros also im asking for help on how to take processor fan off of the motherboard

Try cleaning and reseating it first after applying fresh thermal paste.

Just google/search on youtube on how to remove the cooler, also, something like an Corsair H100I should be good and in your price range. Also, your temps aren't extremely bad, could be worse.

CM 212 Evo. 30 bucks here in the states. If you don't severely and abusively overclock your CPU then you can set the fan to quiet mode.

 

This is my motherboard's temperature and fan monitoring software. And TBH, I haphazardly applied the thermal paste. I put no thought into it. It gets up to 50C under load.
