Office 2013 MUI confusion

So i have Office 2013 64bit installed (chinese)
and i want to install the english language pack, which i obtained from digital river thru this site here: http://www.heidoc.net/joomla/technology-science/microsoft/73-office-2013-direct-download-links

 

I tried both links that's labeled as english 64bit
X18-51531.exe 
X19-32633.exe 

 

 

but when ever i run the installer, it says this: (view attached image)

HELP?
this is driving me nuts
