What can this graphics card do in terms of gaming , also i want to know about one game in particular : rust

Don't get it. Just use integrated if all you're playing is Rust, and save up for a proper GPU, at least a GTX 750 or R7 260

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
