Well my mom is considering getting a PC for her new job... she's a customer service rep for a large company (she's not at liberty to say and I actually don't know either) and currently she goes there for working but she's now worked there so long they're offering to let her work from home if she can simply get her own computer to work on(currently she only has a laptop) and they have a few requirements

Desktop, Windows Vista or 7(I have a 7 Key on hand) 4GB RAM(pretty sure no problem) and 100GB storage space,  have monitor keyboard and mouse (all on hand aswell)

She'd also like to use it as her only computer and she may game slightly, likely just the Sims however so negilble so don't need a graphics card at all I believe if we can just step up the horse power on le iGPU debating a10-7850k, Pentium G3258, or an i3 of some variety  anyway she needs either a DVI-i, or VGA output as that's all the monitor I have laying around supports and a nice selling point would also be a Small Form Factor as she has a damn small desk for ants but not required as she said she'll just put it on THE FLOOR (DUN DUN DUN) if she needs Location US not near a micro center but near a bestbuy(which she thinks will help LULZ) and willing to buy on line budget: LOW

If she isn't going to game get a Core i3 and no video card with a 128GB SSD. That would be an incredibly solid PC for work.

yeah that was my first thought then I thought maybe Kaveri for a bit more performance adding minimally to the cost or the Pentium anniversary edition... and then was like meh I'll just see what LTT comes up with also because despite the fact I'm a professional my mom doesn't quite trust me xD

The only real question of this build is if the graphics is good enough.

It wasn't clear to me if the 100GB specification was required by the application or was a total system amount. If the later, one could save a bit by getting a smaller ssd.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
