Good Gaiming (FPS) Headset?

My SS Siberi V2 died today. So im looking a new Gaming headset around 150 USD! I care about good suround sound!
Pleas i need your help! I set my budget around 175 usd. Mic is not important.

okey. Sennheiser HD 558 is hard to get. im living in East-Europe (Estonia). but i'll do some more research

razer kraken pro or razer kraken 7.1 i love the retractable mic and they dont sound bad either

If you need it for FPS and nothing else, get an open design headphone/headset for sure.

Little hint: Don't buy razer headsets - poor quality.
