Rosewill Hyperborea's if they are available, Noiseblocker black silent pro's if they aren't. AF/SP fans are overpriced and SP's are stupid loud.

You're in luck, one of the sites has Akasa Apache's which are exactly the same as Hyperborea's. http://www.specialtech.co.uk/spshop/customer/Akasa-Apache-Super-Silent-120mm-PWM-Fan-Black-OEM--AK-FN058-OEM-pid-11799.html

For ~£50, I'm surprised nobody has pointed you toward Noctua fans yet.

If you're unaware, noctua fans are generally considered to be the best fans out there, with great performance whilst still being damn-near silent. They are brown and beige though, so you might not fancy putting them in a windowed case.

You'll get 3 of them on amazon for £52.50 right now. Buy NF-S12A PWM's for unobstructed vents (your exhaust) and NF-P12 PWM's for vents with HDD cages and other obstructions near them. (maybe use them for your bottom vents unless there's over a centimetre or two of space)

They're quiet, and come with low-noise adapters if you want to forget they exist.

SP are more for radiator/water cooling due to increased static pressure, a waste for case fan usage.

Static pressure fans are great for use with restrictive HDD cages.

Also I second Pantaloons recommendation of Rosewill Hyperboreas/Akasa Apaches.

Akasa Apaches......why....because I use 'em and they fit the bill...need tech data? Fine, the X axis meshes with the Y axis to form a zero turn at the borais, thus allowing the ulla to incur a zero g rating and air to be expelled at a higher velocity.  There ya go....science at work :D
