Anyone know any good VOIP services? Like Skype list all you can and OpenSource ones would be nice as me and my group of friends and coworkers most of which are software engineers and programmers said they'd love one they could tweak themselves...*Video chat not required only Voice/Vocal chat is required most everything else is optional

4Chan users started Project Tox, which was set to be an encrypted non-centralized chat application, although it's pretty much abandonware at this point.

it can be found here

 

it's licensed under the GNU GPLv3, so you can play with it without any possible legal repercussions unless you publish a non GPL build.

Ahh well I mean in all seriousness Teamspeak is your best bet. It offers more customization that anything else. It's more stable and just higher quality

Mumble. I'm not aware of any good peer-2-peer open source solutions but I'm interested.
