Have you by any chance started taking protein shakes, or just started consuming way more proteins than you used to?

 

He's correct in an indirect way. Although I've heard that this rule doesn't apply for everyone. 

 

 

more or less, to some degree. but even people with severe case can see improvement. given most of it is hormone indused, the reduction of sugar and seeing a doctor about getting a perscription based acme med could be the solution you need.

Wash your face every time you go to the bathroom, and get some moisturizer. That's how I survived that stage.

+1 for cutting sugar. Exercise. Clean your sheets regularly. I tried a bunch of acne treatments that seemed to make the problem worse. I'd look into stuff like this, it works for me now, but I'm beyond puberty so I don't know how it'd fare.
