You can sign up with privateinternetaccess through Tek Syndicate or Hotspot through Linus.

If you're just gonna browse, use Hola Unblocker or smth...

You'd have to activate it for each site, but heck... I think it's worth it to just bypass the deep packet scan and throttling.
