What will happen if i remove the PSU fans

Well, if the PSU dies, everything else dies.

i jump started it, if it passes that test ill do it on PC 

Specs: AMD FX 6300 @ 4ghz, Asus R9 270 OC, 8gb Corsair xms3, Cooler Master GX 550w PSU, WD 500 blue, Gigabyte  GA-970A-DS3

Current Rig: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, Abit IN9-32MAX nForce 680i board, Galaxy GT610 1GB DDR3 gpu, Cooler Master Mystique 632S Full ATX case, 1 2TB Seagate Barracuda SATA and 1x200gb Maxtor SATA drives, 1 LG SATA DVD drive, Windows 10. All currently runs like shit :D

Okay, but what are you using for Load testing it? At idle, near 0 load conditions, it will last a lot longer than at 100% load with 0 airflow.

Just don't fucking do it. I did it to my old one (didn't care about it) and it literally started to smoke and catch fire after a while.

Be careful, WCS is that the voltage goes all over the place and the ripple goes through the roof. And that will take everything connected to it with it.

That won't get power anyway as they do not need to pull any power as they are not plugged into a motherboard

It does not take long to get into a PSU, less than 5 minutes actually. But I also doubt he did so as quickly as he is posting.

You are going to need probably 30 optical drives to pull any load on a PSU. They only Consume about 10 watts if that total (and that is only when reading or burning a disk).

If it dies it can damage your other components, too.
