I actually saved Kaiden in the first game because i thought i shouldn't let the fact that Ashley is hot get in the way of my friendship with Kaiden, lol. In the first game i took the romantic option of Liara, in the second Miranda. In the third game i avoided all romantic options because it did not feel right, was more focused on other stuff like saving the galaxy. As a result of this the game thought i was gay and some time after Kaiden got out of hospital he started hitting on me.

despite the ending i had an awesome time with mass effect 3. Was a wonderful journey, as any Good RPG should be. I won't let the ending ruin that for me. So many great moments like curing the genophage, the thresher maw fighting the reaper etc. For me at least it was a blast.
