Is the CPU overclocked? If so you might want to check that overclock, maybe set it back to the stock voltage and clock speed and see how the games runs. 90º is way too hot for a CPU

I would suggest you re-seat the CPU cooler and some fresh thermal paste is in order

Edit:

That GPU temp is ok btw, not pc breaking but it could run cooler.

What case is all of this in?

The most common result of insufficient wattage is a paperweight that looks like a PC

Omg do you even have a heat sink on that CPU? Get a new one or at least reapply thermal paste.

I have the same issue as you. In origin if you right click on bf4, game properties and set it to x86 it works fine (for me at least).

Is your RAM actually running at 2100MHz? Afaik i5 2500k is meant for like 1333MHz RAM (I am running i7 2600k with 1600MHz RAM though...)

Your GPU can throw quite a bit of heat in your case, so that might affect things but...

You say you have 4 fans on your h100i, which means you added fans to it, did you happen to have mounted them the wrong way around?

That is, they both push air in to the radiator/they both pull air out of the radiator?

I think you're supposed to make one side push air in to the radiator and the other side pull air out of the radiator (and out of the case), not sure if you have it like that :)

I actully do

Lower fans set to push air up to the radiator

Upper fans set to push air up out of the case

I think thats the problem all the hot air is taken in to the radiator becouse there is only one 120mm fan on the back of the case and its not the strongest I even set fan speed to 100% temps of gpu are 55~70 (depends on game time)

And cpu running at 90 almost

If your GPU manages to be 55-70C with the air inside your case, then your CPU should manage to be about the same...

So it's either a bad CPU/h100i mount or the h100i is broken...

Did you clean your CPU before you repasted it? Did you use the cross-screwing method?

I did and i dont think temps should be lower BTW played for an hour pc crashed again i did some stress testing the moment my gpu gets hot so is my whole system

http://www.overclock.net/t/1482988/should-i-really-add-extra-washers-to-the-corsair-h100i-back-plate-to-make-it-fit-more-snug

Scroll down until you see the proper mounting method for H100i.  Also, turn down your overclock, that is what is causing the crashes.

resteat the H100i, since it's a water cooler it isn't effected as much by ambients as an air cooler is. If resreating doesn't work then set back to stock, if that doesn't work RMA the H100i, if that doesn't work then get a Noctua NH-D15 and a dedicated fan controller.

CPU is too high. Take it down a little bit and lower the voltage as low as you can. Also, what power supply do you have?
