Get the MSI Z97-G55 SLI. Z87 requires a bios flash before it can support Devil's canyon.

This is why you should not get an FX CPU for ANY scenario other than rendering on a budget http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/286142-fx-8350-r9-290-psu-requirements/?p=3892901 http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/266481-an-issue-with-people-bashing-the-fx-cpus/?p=3620861

Sorry about that.

I will be gaming of course the usual FPS but some others like DCS world, and some minor video editing.

By minor video editing, do you mean professional video (ex: LTT) or just gaming channel stuff?

Woo!

Hey @Deadpool. This is a pretty nice high end rig you're building. I've noticed that you're thinking of buying an SSD and an HDD. Having in mind you're already aiming for the WD Black series, I would recommend that you take a look at the WD Black² dual drive. As the name suggests it is a dual drive which has a 120GB SSD and 1TB HDD and you decide in which drive your data goes, which is not the case with the hybrids. You get the speed of the SSD drive and the performance & storage of the WD Black HDD, which is perfect for gaming and photo/video editing. If you are interested, you can take a closer look at all of its features and software that goes along with it - here: http://www.wdc.com/en/products/products.aspx?id=1190
Please have in mind that if you decide to go with the WD Black², it is a 2.5'' drive and you'll need a mounting set for it.
Hope I've been able to help. Let me know if you have any questions.
