I got a survey from Wireless Survey@YouGov.com and they claim its for T mobile

 

T-Mobile® has asked an independent market research firm to conduct an online survey. Your name was randomly selected from a group of T-Mobile customers to take this influential survey. We value your opinion and need your help to determine the direction for T-Mobile’s future offerings, as well as your current satisfaction levels. Your responses are very important to us, and they will be kept strictly confidential.

The survey should take approximately 25 minutes to complete.
