Pretty much, you'll have to run it through something like Handbrake to get it to sync up due to the footage recording at a variable frame rate.

Normandy - Intel Core i5 3470, 8 GB Corsair Vengenace LP, EVGA GTX 960 SSC, Gigabyte GA-Z77M-D3H-MVP, WD Blue 1 TB, Seagate 320 GB (steam), Seagate 320 GB (experimental, second OS, etc), Windows 8.1 + Ubuntu 14.10

But that's not the issue, I have been using Geforce Experience and it's just fine. I have a gaming channel and have edited hundreds of video, this has never been an issue before.

SO it used to work in premier pro and now its out of sync?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling premier?

Or is there a setting to revert all changes to factory default?

 

It sounds like an issue with the project settings you import the files into. Or maybe rendering settings...idk
