As the title might suggest I am building a system for a client, I have come up with some options on my own but wanted the opinions of others. The client has requested a system that can play Battlefield 4, DayZ SA, and Crysis 3, all on Ultra with no lag. I was thinking a Intel i5 or possibly lower or an AMD equivalent. Any help is appreciated. Also I am Canadian after all so Canadian prices are appreciated.

This is a great list, thank you. I will probably butcher it a bit. But none the less, thank you.

750 cad? He won't be able to run ultra 1080p in some games, but a lot.

I was thinking something along that GPU line.

i5 or possibly lower

yeah, no

if someone is spending more on their PC, don't get them anything lower than an i5

people don't know everything about computers and if you tell them that you have bought an i3 for their year's savings, they won't be impressed, seeing as it is the 'worst core-type processor'

people just will not come back to you if you cheap out on them

top tips from Tom there

(It is also worth noting that you should get them a case either that they chose or one that looks nice and purty)

Compatible with Windows 95

I know that haha, I was suggestion a lower power i5, I didn't word it right though. And yes for cases, I don't get garbage ones because of the value, I make sure its actually decent.
