MSTAR devices? upgrading firmware (monitors)

So im looking for a MSTAR device that i will be able to use to update my firmware on my Benq XL 2411Z. The original MSTAR device that was suggested is listed as out of stock/discontinued for the past few weeks so i cant even find the right link for the exact product they were suggesting buyers.
Now the same website weeks later has more MSTAR devices, so so many that i have no idea whats what! The old device they had suggested was about 50/60 usd but it had 10 fold the amount of connectors as the cheap ones here. Now i see this specificly has sold two dozen products while the others have only sold a few here and there (look on the link it says transactions)
