3 pin fan controller Found my answer

Well I found the answer I was looking for, starting figuring out how to build my own, and after a little more searching came up with a product that answers

Sunbeam 30W Rheosmart 6 Channel Smart Fan Controller

Use the CPU header on the Motherboard and connect it to the fan controller, then uses the PWM signal to control the 3 pin fans its connected to. has 6 channels with 30W each. Best thing to get control your fans using your motherboards software like the ASUS fan xpert 2.0.

 

I've heard some problems that generates some heat, so might look into a way to watercool it.
