hi , i have some problem with my fps in most games , i get from 90 +  to 10 for 5-15 seconds , so i open gpu-z to see my gpu clock and my gpu usage , and the Performance Monitor to see the cpu usage and the cpu clock , and when i had a frame drop i saw that my cpu and gpu clock went down , so i disabled the cpu downclocking in the bios , but i keep having those drops , how should i remove the downclocking from my gpu ?

my temps are fine , gpu not even at 64 c° and cpu 60 c°

it's written °C not c°

It's most likely thermal throttling, but If it's not thermal throttling.... I don't know what it could be, if the clocks are going down for no reason... could it be a set power limit?

Lemme guess, beta drivers?

Roll'em back to certified ones. If you are on normal drivers already, try reinstalling.

it's really annoying , because i tryed everything , since i started having those problems i changed almost everything , the only thing that i didn't changed is the cpu and the hdd ( and the case , but that doesn't matter ) .

another thing that's strange is that i started having those problems when i bought  a new monitor (benq gl2250) , but i don't think it matters.

edit : i tryed to unplug the new monitor an play on the old one , i still have those fps drops .

Can you post a log (from afterburner or smth.) with gpu usage etc when under gaming load?

Run HWMoniotrn and see if you can check the temperatures for your VRMs on your motherboard. I'm suspecting they could be overheating and throttling your CPU.

The AsRock 970 Extreme4 uses a 4+1 power phase design....not very good --- especially with a over clocked FX-8350.

this is what i have

You need to find out what AUXTIN is.

Hopefully that is not for the VRMs...if it is, you have a VRM overheating issue.
