okay, ive been on here several times now and my computer still loads programs slow. its seems like to me that it just has a hard time loading stuff. I've defragged the hdd, which btw im not doing again because it took 1week and 2 days, I've also virus scanned. my HDD wasn't fragmented and I had no virus's. Is it in need of new ram, or a new HDD, its got a new motherboard if that helps. im just plain lost. anything except for someone saying "upgrade compents" will help, thanks!

We'll I have BF4 and nothing else large on my comp (chrome, origin ETC) so whenever I have an issue I just plug in the drive via USB and reinstall. Takes like 10 min after reinstall to get everything back to normal. Then the BF4 download.

Then you must have good download speed. I take a whole night only to download 10 gb.

I have around 30 mb/s. The BF4 download takes about 3 hours. The computer is normal in ten minutes besides BF4.

Your internet speed is better than mine. Took me 4 or 5 hours to download injustice which was 21 gb.

Origin downloads at 3mb/s for some reason. Goes to 500kb/s when I watch YouTube at the same time. Ethernet.

I was in the same boat a couple of hours ago and then realised my computer had made its way into power saving mode somehow.... turned that off and it was back to norm fps and speed etc.  .o/

How full is your hdd? It sounds way too slow. Have you scanned it with Malwarebytes?
