Single GPU power?

2 nope if you max out AA not even a 780ti can get over 60. You don't need AA to the max. 2 or 4x is more than enough.

Hey guys!
I was looking for a build i was fancying about building, so I just wanted two questions answered, so hope you'll help me!
1. Will a dual 120mm and a single 140mm radiator be enough for cooling an i7 4th gen and an OC'ed 780?
2. Will a GTX 780 be enough to run games (Star Citizen, Assaisins Creed, Theif, etc.) at full AA at 1920*1080 at 60+FPS?

Thanks on advance, appriciet it!
