Yay illegal activity... using school property. In regards to "50 to 70 mbps each", that was the connection speed. No ISP gives you speed "per computer."

 

ISP's dont do speed per computer, but switches do,  and switches lead to fiber.

I believe most routers have a DDoS protection built in but don't quote me on that.

 

Also obtaining and using someone else's credit card info is a crime.

I don't think they do, unless you mean VPN...
