Gaming Laptops for $2000

DoubleA7

I need a laptop that can game exceptionally well, I won't be using it for things other than gaming.

Preferably with:

a screen of higher resolution than standard HD - 2k or 3k, maybe 4k.

Some prices would be nice a long with a few suggestions (maybe the websites as well)

Thanks!

This has a better gpu, worse screen and slightly worse processor, at the same price.

Why would you ever want 4k on a laptop? Unless you like playing at sub 10 fps no thanks.

So effectively wasting money to show off? That's just downright idiotic.

Anything over 1080p on a 15.6" screen is just stupid and a waste of money really.

That's why it's preferably, my preference is over HD, but I wouldn't mind not having it.

Honestly you're better off getting stronger hardware than getting a higher resolution.

If you want to show off. Here you go. Buy it while its available. 4k display reburbished Razer blade 2014 for 1799

That's not the point, I need a good gaming laptop as a desktop is currently unavailable to me, I would like the screen to be better than HD but I don't mind it being standard HD as i'll be gaming at 1080p most of the time.

in my post before that, I suggested laptops that can subtitute a desktop since they have a better cooling systems imo as oppose to the cheaper Sager laptops.

MSI GS60 Ghost/GS70 Stealth if you want a slick-looking system. They all have configurations under 2k.

Or MSI GT70/Asus G750 if you prefer a more traditional bulky gaming laptop.

I usually visit XoticPC a lot to see their pricing. So you can head there to find the best laptop for your needs

this would be the best for pure performance http://www.sagernotebook.com/index.php?page=product_customed&model_name=NP9377 you should upgrade the gpus to an 880m or sli 870ms. if you play games that support sli, dual 770ms will be better.
