FrozenCPU and MNPCtech sell those. You can do it yourself with CNC mill.

They look pretty tacky if you ask me, I think some custom metal fan grills look much better.

The mnpctech arc reactor ones are better, but I don't know if they make them anymore.

Doesn't look very protecting. A finger or wire could get in there quite easily.
