I'm looking for something that gives off a lot of appearance, and was wondering if anyone could suggest a fan?

spectre pros, corsair airflow series, noiseblockers, etc.. 

 

depends if you like LEDs or not, there are many to choose from

I'd say Corsair SP/AF or Bitfenix Spectre Pro.

Who wouldn't regard noctua fans as the best looking around?

 

But yeah, probably the Corsair offerings. The range has grown to quite a decent offering, with Airflow and static pressure versions, PWM versions and LED versions. They might not outperform noctua fans, but they're definitely a comprehensive range.
