The 780ti will perform exactly the same as a titan black in gaming applications. That would be a huge price cut.

Replace the stock fans on your h100i and replace them noctua fans.

Noctuas are loud, if he were to replace them he should replace them with SP120 quiet editions

That will be more expensive than his current build which he wanted to be cheaper
