What to upgrade?

Hey guys I have a question and was wondering in your opinion what should I upgrade first my CPU (Pentium G2130 3.2 GHZ daul core) or my video card (Radeon HD 4870 saphire 1gb) I wanted to start doing some recording and some video editing and I was wondering if for recording I'm not to happy with the fps I get in the file so, I was wondering what might boost that a little bit?

If you have money then go for a a10 7850k and add a r7 260x 2gb and 8gb of ram. Should be enough to get 30 fps while recording in high or medium setting in 1080p or 720p. If you don't have enough money then get a r7 260x 2gb.

Upgrade what you can afford to upgrade. bruh.

 

If you will use fraps - then cpu. But I think most recorders use more cpu forwer than gpu power. But for fps a gpu

buy something with shadowplay or the amd equivalent for gpu

my current budget is about $180, and I'm looking at using dxory

cpu for video editing... It will save you a lot of time; but if you are looking for more fps in games you should go with the video card.

that depends if you're fps are good in your current build i would recommend a new cpu since you might have bottlenecks going for a new card and might not get the increase you're looking for.
