Hey guys! So I just came across this picture. Can anyone tell me what OS is this? I know some one will surely tell :D

A Themed windows 7 with some form of "Dock" program, the stuff on the side is rainmeter

What about the taskbar?

Rainmeter here for the stats http://rainmeter.net/ Might need hwinfo to read properly

And the dock thing http://rocketdock.com/

 

Have both on the desktop. The other stuff is a patcher theme

Can you link the patcher theme?  I did a google search though..and found some.

First you must patch your sys files with http://www.themebin.com/customizations/universal-theme-patcher-v15/ then you can apply them.

 

My theme is concave VS http://neiio.deviantart.com/art/Concave-VS-449620484 I haven't patched the startorb as it was not worth it
