Found a rig under your budget that will be able to play any game on the highest setting and look amazing. I don't know about the pipes and stuff in your system, but here you go.

You could look at 4K or even surround 1080p (3 monitors) or a single 1440p monitor

This for example would be a great monitor:

4K would be this one:

Or you could go with 3 of these:

I went a little over budget, that's before the watercooling costs as well.

Hey man I will be honest I have read the first page and last page of comments and so this may have been already stated, but: I know this money is burning a hole in your pocket (I have some of the same and WANT/NEED to build an open loop system), but wait x99 chipset and GTX 8xx series are like a month or three away, as well as AMD new APU's.  This may not be what you want, maybe you build the same system, but it costs like 1/3 less as the 780ti/r9290x are no longer top dogs, same with the i7 k series.  x99 is like 2 better then z97 :P also ddr4...lots thats JUST around the bend, like 3 months.

You said AT LEAST 32Gb? On the Intel side I would say to go with an i7-4930k LGA 2011.
