MSI Z87 code error 67 and 15

Hi,I'm building a new computer with the specs below:

MSI Z87M gaming

Core i7 4790

Pqi memory DDR3 3x2gb 1333

XFX black edition 750w PSU

AMD Radeon hd 5870(but didn't installed yet)

When everything was installed I try to start the system but nothing appears at the monitor even after all the components working, aperentally fine. The first problem was the 67 led code, and checking on internet I got that I need to update the bios to work with my CPU i7 4790, so I downloaded the last version 1.3 and updated the bios as indicated on manual and MSI site. After the update the computer didn't reboot and after some minutes I turn it off and on again and access the bios and the information about my CPU didn't appears anymore! It shows "%s"! I tryed to turn off and up again and now show me the code 15 and nothing happens. What I need to do? I'm already test the memory in another computer and it's OK. This CPU core i7 4790 is it compatible with modo?!

Well... not all Z87 Mobo accept the new Haswell Refresh CPU like the i7 4790, so that might be a problem by itself, but I did alittle checking around and it seem (seem, as in I'm still not 100% sure) like the Z87M do support it, so maybe your bios update failed? And why the heck do you have an i7 4790 with those other component?
