What do you want to be able to do with the laptop? such as what will you use it for?

How much are we talking about? The cheapest I can think of is this which is around 60USD(converted) + shipping and handling fees... I'm not even sure if there's a forwarder who would be willing to ship this out of the country...

Budget of about $300-$400. idk what ill be doing exactly lol sorry it doesnt help

 

I can only see some Acer Pentium/i3 or Toshiba AMD A4/A6 from here... You can't really expect something mindblowing at that price point but since you'll be doing some IT work, I strongly recommend going for an intel based system with a hefty amount of ram (4GB or more)... You most likely won't get discrete graphics with that...

The graphics dont really matter to me as i wont be doing any gaming on it. it will be strictly for school

ThinkPad, it'll last through college and beyond. I recommend the T440 or more specifically the T440p if you need a dedicated GPU.
