HI internet peoples

i've just built a new rig with the Asus maximus vii Ranger Mobo and 5th gen I5 and for some reason no matter what port i plug my Megalondon's in it will not register and i have installed every driver and firmware update i can find

soo i'm thinking of  getting a New headset i would like something that will fit my big head comfortably

Budget is about $100 maybe stretch to $150au for the most appealing set. i mainly use them for movies games ect. and must have mic (so i can yell at kids on Battlefield 4)

For AU$135 the HyperX Cloud headset is pretty much the best headset out there. http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=116_998&products_id=27774

You could also get the Sennheiser U320 headset for $99 but I wouldn't really recommend it because of the rather thin foam on the earcups. http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=116_998&products_id=25591

I own a pair and trust me, the earpads are really quite thin and aren't using the softest foam. To make matters worse my ear touches the plastic swivelling cover above the driver which makes it very uncomfortable for me to wear for periods longer than even two hours. But of course your mileage may vary.

The sound and mic quality is good for the price but if I had known they would be this uncomfortable I wouldn't have bought them.

Fair nuff. THe thing about Sennheiser is, depending on head shape, it's either the most comfortable thing ever or one of the worst.
