DIY aircon

probably the wrong place for this but its probably best to ask here.

I will be making a DIY aircon box thing like the picture below 

i will be doing this with a noctua fan for silence, but I don't know which 120mm fan to get and the best place to get a pwm/3pin to usb adapter so i can plug it into a usb wall wart charging thingy

can someone tell me which noctua fan would be best here? airflow or static pressure?

yea currently my room is 78% humid and 25.6C/78.1F so yea its hot

also what kind of fans should i go for? airflow, static pressure? what
