It's almost on par with the performance of the 240mm Corsair H100i and quieter. The Corsair has about a 2 degrees Celsius lower DeltaT.

I'd not only suggest getting a nice cooling system, but also a well built case that can withstand heat and cool itself off with its built in mechanisms.

 

I have a cooler master case and it works wonders.
