so i reinstalled my drivers that, seemed to up me to100fps in cs go but still thats pretty far from 200/250

you don't need your frame rate to be 200 / 250, you don't need it any higher than 60, because chances are your monitor caps it at either 60fps or 120fps.

But is the frame rate still fluxuating like it was earlier.

amd has a software that detects your gpu and finds your drivers for you, downloads it and then installs it

Had it glitch 2 times last week, It told me a 7770 was a A10 Apu, and a 7870 was a mobile (notebook) GPU.

Select manually the driver this time, idk what's with the AMD website lately.

Hmm not sure if AMD has a thing like Nvidia has GeForce Experience where it will install the drivers for you. if so download that and see what happens.

But yeah I put 20 dollars on saying its a drivers issue.

-----------------

Also when you launch CSGO go into your video settings their should be a button somewhere saying set to default settings click that, apply, play for about 5 minutes and see what happens.

default made fps go waay lower

It does make a difference even when the fps is over your monitors refresh rate.

Did you accidently connect your monitor to the motherboard instead of the graphics card?

That would explain the drop in fps. Dunno though if your IGP is strong enough to get that much fps.

Sorry but that was stupid "did you accidently connect your monitor to your motherboard" wth was that

Thanks for the help though

Check that AMD Gaming Evolved isn't "optimising" your game settings.

If you downloaded the latest drivers that crap has started being bundled in.

It hasnt

I meant the internal GPU of your CPU, which I presume your CPU possesses. The connection to it resides on your motherboard.

I know what you meant, and no my cpu doesnt have an igpu since its a fx 8120, but the said it made me sound stupid, since your question was like, "did you connect the monitor to the right port"
