One of their arguments, atleast the best I've heard inside their greedy BSing:

Providing internet access to company websites is like retailing for them.

 

Refutal with comparison for newbs:

 

The real retailers are the websites and their servers which the respective entity pays for.

The ISP is simply providing the equivalent of a road.

 

If ISPs where to breach neutrality of the road,

it would be the equivalent of having to pay different rates for the same roads depending where you go with your car and what you do.

In which case the retailers are the Mall or the shops and  the roads are roads.

 

Internet neutrality is important in the same manner that water, electricity, road and other neutralities are.

Well actually water and electricity isnt entirely neutral to a good point.
