Even with it being a barebones, you will normally need a CPU, RAM, HDD, and occasionally a PSU. It's best to just build a PC from scratch for the money.

 

get an apu, 4gb of ram and a case that comes with a powersupply

shit i'm an idiot. didn't even realise. sorry!

just watch out for no brand PSU that comes with the case

 

that 400 watts PSU in the case may only provide less than 200 watts actually and will blow up

 

get something like the Corsair CX430 

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
