Need help selecting GPU

I am looking to build a PC using either GTX 750ti non-reference design or R9 270 or R7 265 non-reference design. The R9 270 non-reference I saw yesterday on Amazon is $159.99 by HIS. Should I go for it or the other alternatives mentioned? I am also on a budget of $170.

A R9 270 is better, so go for it.

For $20 more you can get the MSI Gaming non-reference card, which is just a bit better in temps, performance, appearance and audibility. 

I'm talking about the 270 btw :P

What about the XFX non-reference because it's around the same price?

The XFX is a very good choice and I would take that over the HIS.
