Could you suggest me a case?

Speedbird

Hello.

I'm looking for a Micro ATX case with 2 5.25" bays and 1 external 3.5" bay. It also needs to have 4 USB ports (1 should be USB3) on the top of the case.

Corsair and Cooler Master are preferred.

On the pcpartpicker website there is actually some very good & specific search functionality which has little drag and drop bars for minimum and maximum values etc.

1) No external 3.5" bay.

2) only 2 USB ports.

Sorry. Looks like Acer is the only one who makes cases like this.

And nothing on PCPartPicker. Acer seems to have unmatched mATX cases, the only problem is no USB3.

Any other requirements? Take a look at Cooler Master and entry-level Cooler Master cases.

You can always buy a 5.25" --> 3.5" adaptor.
