If you want to go deaf I recommend the reference r9 series.

No No No, other wise you'll suffer with 95C° Temps and very high level of noise, what ever you do, don't buy Reference, an MSI Gaming is only around $400

With a custom loop? I might do that thing that corsair is realeasing.

its not going to be cooling whole pcb ,go get something nice like msi or asus you will not regret it

Don't dig deeper, just get your a Twin frozr, DCU, Tri-X or Windforce Cooled and you'll love it, specially for CFX, man, reference is gonna fry every thing inside the case

OT: you should buy the cheapest non-reference you can find except ASUS and XFX.
