super slow play store downloads(fixed)

alright for some god damn reason play store downloads all the apps at the lowest possible (something like 10KBps) and i have tried a lot of things already, i searched solutions but none of them help, i tried setting my router with google dns and that dint help (yes i restarted the router and the phone after applying the changes) that did shit, also i tried google troubleshooting page (https://support.google.com/googleplay/troubleshooter/4592924?hl) but none of those solution worked, i'm getting very frustrated about this, downloading a 50MB app takes half hour and is annoying, also this is wifi specific and only on playstore because youtube hd works and speed test reports the same numbers as my computer and its faster when i'm on cell data but i ain't going to spend 550MB monthly of data on downloading shit, rather that using it, i'm using a brand new moto g btw, if it matters

 

edit: fixed it, it was a low power wifi setting that caps the data speed, though it caps it stupidly low
