Acer Aspire 5749 Mother Board

The USB ports in my laptop (Acer Aspire 5749, i3 2330M, 6GB Ram, 750GB HDD) have broken and, from what I can tell this can only be fixed by replacing the mother board. Is this the case? If so, how easy is it to obtain one (from where) and would it be worth it?
