So this will be my first gaming PC build. I'm ordering the parts in a couple of days. The budget is 500$ and I already have a Hard drive.

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 760K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($84.73 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: MSI A78M-E35 Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard  ($57.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB TWIN FROZR Video Card  ($134.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Zalman Z3 Plus White ATX Mid Tower Case  ($61.50 @ Mwave)
Total: $469.17
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

1.Will the pre-installed coolers on the case and the cooler master hyper 212 evo be good enough to overclock the system?
2.Is the 430W power supply going to be enough when the system is overclocked?
3.How much could I overclock the processor with the cooler master 212 cooler?
4.Will this system handle the 2013-2014 newer games on high/ultra graphics on 1440x900 resolution (old monitor, not changing it yet)?
5.Overall thoughts about the system.

1. Yes

2. Yes

3. Silicon lottery. You can expect at least 4.1 GHz though.

4. Try medium-high.

5. Not bad, try to fit in a R9 270 instead if you can.

If you can go for 2 x 4GB sticks of ram instead of 1 8GB stick as you will get better performance from it.

1. They should be good enough to overclock, just don't expect to do anything too crazy with it.

2. I would suggest getting a 600+ Watt power supply so you don't have to upgrade it if you decide to upgrade your GPU in the future, but for the current build you have listed the 430W would do just fine.

3. There isn't much I can say about how well it will overclock as there is no correct answer, you would just have to figure it out via trial and error.

4. It probably will not handle high/ultra settings, maybe medium/high settings.

Specs: CPU - Intel i7 8700K @ 5GHz | GPU - Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming | Motherboard - ASUS Strix Z370-G WIFI AC | RAM - XPG Gammix DDR4-3000MHz 32GB (2x16GB) | Main Drive - Samsung 850 Evo 500GB M.2 | Other Drives - 7TB/3 Drives | CPU Cooler - Corsair H100i Pro | Case - Fractal Design Define C Mini TG | Power Supply - EVGA G3 850W

I'd suggest saving up a bit more and getting a i5 4670K as a CPU if going with Intel

1. Yes, it'll overclock fine on a Hyper 212 but don't expect extreeemmmmeee overclocks

2. Yes but I'd rather stretch for something like an EVGA 500B

3. Depends, but being the the 760K it should be less binned parts then the 750K so you'll probably hit 4GHz+

4. Yes. I use a 1440x900 monitor on my family rig that has a Phenom X6 and a 750 non-Ti. It runs all the games I throw at it (so many I can't remember, things just come in and out of that PC) at 1440p at least high settings, granted AA isn't turned up too high. Yours should preform a bit better since it's a more powerful GPU and games aren't that CPU demanding (yet).

5. I would try to go for the R9 270 and the Pentium K instead. More general performance, better bang for the buck

2.I cant find EVGA 500B in my local tech store, but would Corsair CX500 be a decent replacment?

5.I've checked the pricing for that and it actually for me cost a lot more. The current price that I would pay for this PC is 580$, since I live in Europe and ordering Online would be even more expensive, so I have to order the parts from my local tech shop. The price for the R9 270 and Pentium K PC would be 643$, which is way too much for my budget.

4. Why not? I saw some reviews on the 750 Ti and it ran new games on 1080p with decent frame rate on high, so running it at my resolution I believe would go on ultra even.

The reason why I wanted to go for 1 stick of 8 GB RAM is that I would be able to easily upgrade to 16 GB in the future if needed, since the motherboard only has 2 RAM slots.

I know that AMD CPU's are cheaper and still give nice performance, will I benefit that much by getting a different CPU for gaming?

2. Yeah, it's fine.

5. Well you could always go for one or the other, either a Pentium K or a R9 270
