PSU running fans only

Nope you should be all good.

I've definitely done things a hell of a lot worse than that and nothing has ever happened.

Hi, just a quick - if weird - question.

So, I wired up a bunch of case fans to an old PSU, attached them to a bit of wood and now have them pointed directly at my face. Because it's so god damned hot today.

My question; Is there anything dangerous about having a 500w PSU only running case fans for a long period of time (tripped with a paperclip as no MoBo)?

My room mate seems to think so, I thought I'd check just in case.

Thanks in advance! :)

Excellent news. I don't plan on going out there any time soon just to buy a fan. This suits me fine for the time being.

Cheers!
