Need help with Dual ISP Bound

Hi All,

So I have the ASUS RT_AC68U which allows me to transform one of the LAN ports into a WAN port.

I have two ISP's, 1st is a neighbourhood network with a fiber connection to my home and the authentication is based on DHCP (Plus MAC address).

My 2nd connection is a Vodafone 4G line which is structured as follows: Antenna + Vodafone modem/router.

What I want to do is:

I configured the Vodafone router to use DHCP and cancelled the WiFi.

So when I connect the two ISP's to the Asus router, both will be configured on DHCP

So the network should look like this:

Fiber ISP >> Asus Router << Vodafone Router

From the Asus router i want to route cables to my main PC's and use two repeaters so i can have wifi coverage all over my house.

My question is, how can i bound the two connection within the Asus Router so that both 100mbps connection will turn into 1x 200mbps +- connection?

The only thing i've seen within the configuration of the asus router was to configure both ISP with two separate DNS and dedicate fix ip's to each machine inside the network which means If machine A is configured on IP+DNS from Vodafone, it will use that IPS, same around for the Fiber one.
