1.I wanted to know if this system could handle (in terms of power) an @ stock running PNY geforce gtx 760?

AMD Athlon 760K 3.8Ghz boost 4.1Ghz

Seagate Barracude (will be replaced with an SSD soon)

Toshiba 320GB HDD

Silverstone 500 Watts PSU

2x4GB Corsair Ram

ASUS A88XM-A mobo

2. Is the upgrade from a gtx 560 DC to a gtx 760 worth, since BF3 runs with 40-50FPS on ultra in 1080p with the gtx 560
